All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days within Australia.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only offer shipping within Australia. We are unable to ship to international destinations, but we hope to expand our shipping options in the future! If you're located outside of Australia, please stay tuned for any updates regarding international shipping.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
Can I modify or cancel my order?

As our products are handmade, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if you receive a defective item or if the item you received is not what you ordered, please contact us right away. We will do our best to resolve the issue, whether that means offering a replacement or finding another solution.
